9 Port Power Over Ethernet / Poe Switch, Poe IEEE802.3af Compliant PD

>Today's network operators benefit from implementing Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology. No electrical wiring is needed, allowing flexibility in placement and design of network solutions such as Wireless Access Points and IP cameras.

>While typical PoE switches are designed to deliver power to remote network devices, the multi-port PD-Switch from ONV Networks accepts PoE, acting as an IEEE802.3af compliant Powered Device (PD). With the PD-Switch, operators can now extend the 100 meter range of their copper-based networks an additional 100 meters, without costly and complex electrical rewiring.
